Terms and conditions

Last updated August 22, 2026

By using onlinepaycheckcalculator.com ("the site") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Estimates, not advice

The calculators and articles on this site are for general information. They produce estimates based on published federal tax rates, the standard deduction and FICA rules. They are not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, and they don't replace your employer's payroll system, the IRS withholding tables in Publication 15-T, or a conversation with a CPA.

Your actual paycheck depends on things we can't see: your exact W-4 entries, benefit elections, bonuses, garnishments, mid-year changes, and how your payroll provider rounds. Don't make decisions about withholding, budgeting or employment based solely on a figure from this site.

Accuracy

We try to keep tax figures current and we note the tax year each calculator uses. Rates change, and mistakes happen. We don't guarantee that any figure is correct, complete or up to date. If you spot an error, email hello@onlinepaycheckcalculator.com and we'll look at it.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage (including lost income, tax penalties, or interest) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its calculations.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape it at volume, attempt to disrupt it, copy its content or code for redistribution, or present its output as official payroll or tax documentation.

Intellectual property

The text, design and code of the site belong to us unless stated otherwise. Tax rates and legal thresholds are public information and aren't claimed.

Third-party links

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don't endorse them and aren't responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
